everything was perfect , in particular I would like to appreciate the manager and staff attitude , they remained extremely helpful though we arrived after midnight , still they were welcoming , guided us for dinner , and supported us in every possible way

I loved the friendly and very helpful staff. They even guided to the cheapest shopping bazaar, organized transfers and an extra early breakfast before 6am! Exceptional service all round.

Splendid breakfast. hotel was old but good enough as a shelter for the night stay.

The location was within less than 1km from a lot of things. Despite that, it wasn't noisy. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was satisfying.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and a great traditional Turkish breakfast buffet. There was a free undercover car park right next door.

Staff welcomed us with hot Turkish tea and candies for kids, that is not usually these day. Well maintained hotel with central air-condition. Breakfast was good. Location is good and clean 10 minutes walk to Malabar Rumi museum. Nearby many restaurants. Konya is a good short night stop over if you are traveling to cappadocia from Antalya by car or bus.

Excellent location. Everything a tourist explores is within walking distance. Staff are the best and most helpful we experienced so far. The room was more like a suite. Our son got his own little room. Juices, water and tea are available all day for consumption which is amazing. We bought some food from outside and the staff gave us all the crockery and cutlery we required

We were made very welcome at the Garra Hotel, and by everyone in Konya (which is an amazing place to visit). The location was a five minute walk from the Mevlana Museum. I had messed up the booking and booked a double instead of a family room, but the owner/manager gave us a family room with no fuss and no extra cost. The buffet breakfast was nice and the staff ensured my daughters got what they wanted for breakfast. There was no problem leaving our bags there all day after we checked out and they got us a taxi to the train station.
